TrueChem Impex LLC is committed to supplying GMP-certified botanical and nutraceutical ingredients that meet the documentation and quality standards required by US supplement brands, cosmetic formulators, and wellness companies.
Our Quality Commitments
- Supplier Qualification: We source exclusively from manufacturers holding current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification. All suppliers are evaluated for certification status before engagement.
- Documentation Standard: Every commercial shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and product Specification Sheet. Documentation is provided for every lot without exception.
- Independent Verification: New supplier lots are subject to independent verification at accredited US testing laboratories including SGS, Eurofins, or Intertek, prior to entry into our inventory.
- Specification Transparency: All specifications published represent typical values per supplier CoA. We communicate clearly that actual values may vary by production lot, and we recommend buyers verify current lot values before commercial use.
- Foreign Supplier Verification: TrueChem Impex LLC maintains compliance with FDA Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) requirements applicable to our import activities.
- Continuous Improvement: We regularly review our supplier relationships and quality processes to maintain and improve the reliability of our supply chain.
Customer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for verifying that any ingredient meets their specific formulation requirements, regulatory obligations, and end-product quality standards. TrueChem Impex LLC provides documentation to support buyer qualification processes but does not warrant fitness for any specific application.
